If Howard's going to be entirely frank with his son - no, he's really not. But it's important to Tony that he does this, and, dammit...he owes it to Tony to at least try. Tony's seemed really convinced that Gene's changed, and Howard wants to see it for himself.

Tony looks deeply nervous, though.

"I'm fine," Howard says. "You look like you're so tense you'll shatter in a stiff breeze, though. Are you sure you're okay with this?"
